Our PM team provides the following services:

• Project Planning and Overall Management of Consultants and Trade Vendors;
• Test Fit and Conceptual Design Service, prior to appointment of Trade Vendors;
• Full support function for the Change Management;
• Liaison with Landlord to establish Milestones and Scope of Works for the returning of vacant unit;
• Engineering Design checks and verifies Vendors Submittal and Proposals;
• Monitor and Report Project Status on a Weekly basis;
• Close out Training and Documentation upon completion;
