Construction Management and Supervision

Our CM team provides the following services:

• On site Coordination with Client, Landlord and Trade Vendors;
• Management of Site Progress;
• Quality Checks on Works and Sign off for services prior to Concealment;
• Site Safety Checks and Materials Safety Checks;
• Ensure minimum inconvenience and Safety to on-going Client Operations;
• Conduct Regular Site Meeting;
• Witness and inspect during Testing and Commissioning by our in-house Engineers;
• Monitor and Ensure Authority Submission are Done in accordance to requirement;
• Work closely with PM team to solve issues;
• Monitor and record potential Change Orders if necessary;
• Liaison with Landlord for Access and use of Service Lift for Major move;
